1. Grant of License
EasyCheqs grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access, run, and utilize the automated cheque printing, alignment, and coordinate designer software strictly for internal business operations and bank transaction writing.
2. Verification & Bank Alignment Responsibility
The licensee holds absolute, sole responsibility for verifying all printed physical cheque outputs against physical banking requirements before submission to any financial clearing house. While EasyCheqs offers highly accurate millimeter pre-calibrated layout dimensions, physical printing variations, printer margins, driver offsets, and bank specifications can change. EasyCheqs is not responsible for bank check clearing rejections, delays, or associated return penalties.
3. Security & Account Controls
Licensees are entirely responsible for restricting system credentials to authorized accounting personnel. EasyCheqs will not be liable for unauthorized check writing, ledger discrepancies, or key leakages resulting from compromised login credentials or weak password management.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, database structures, coordinate systems, visual layout layouts, logos, AI calibration engines, and documentation associated with the EasyCheqs application remain the sole intellectual property of AppsForMyBusiness and its parent group. No part of the platform may be reverse-engineered, duplicated, or distributed without explicit written permission.
5. Liability Limitations
EasyCheqs provides all services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall EasyCheqs, AppsForMyBusiness, or its developers be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including financial loss, clearing failure, or bank penalties) arising from software usage.
6. Support & Subscription Duration
Active support, coordinates revisions, and portal upgrades are provided only during paid subscription cycles. Failure to settle license fees will result in automatic, immediate suspension of portal credentials until the account is fully cleared.
